Can you suggest ways of keeping mosquito larvae out of my tadpole pond, or preventing them from getting there in the first place?

The answer lies with the Northern Territory?s small native species of fish called the Delicate Blue-eye (Pseudomugil tenellus). You should be able to get them at pet shops in Darwin. They do not eat tadpoles but eat heaps of wrigglers
